Open Enrollment
October 5 – October 19
October 5 – November 2 (Marine Associates)
Open Enrollment is your once-a-year opportunity to review your benefit options, enroll, and add/drop eligible dependents from coverage. There is no need to re-enroll unless you want to make changes to your current coverage. Remember, HSA, Healthcare FSA, and Dependent Care FSA elections must be made each year.
2027 Open Enrollment Highlights
Prescription Drug Coverage
Prescription drug coverage will transition from CVS Caremark to Optum Rx. Watch your mailbox in December for your new, combined Medical/Prescription ID card and details about your prescription benefits through Optum Rx.
HSA, FSAs, and Commuter Benefits
Optum Bank will become the new administrator for your HSA, FSAs, and commuter benefits, replacing MyChoice. If enrolled in HSA or FSAs, you will receive a new debit payment card from Optum Bank in the mail.
Also for 2027
- You’ll have the same four Medical Plan options: Signature, Surest, Choice + HSA, and Value + HSA.
- No changes to the Dental, Vision, Life, and AD&D plans.
- Ingram will contribute to your HSA if enrolled in the Choice + HSA Plan—$500 for individual coverage; $1,000 for family coverage.
- 2027 contribution maximum for your HSA (including Ingram’s contribution) is increasing—$4,500 for individual coverage; $9,000 for family coverage.
