Administered by Optum®. EWS provides confidential counseling and support at no additional cost to you. You and your eligible dependents can get guidance and resources to help navigate small questions and big problems.
You can have up to eight face-to-face counseling sessions per issue, per year, at no cost to you.

- Relationship problems

How does it work?
You can call to speak with a specialist who provides consultation, risk screening, advocacy, referrals and educational or use the online services at liveandworkwell.com.
Counseling Services
Want to meet with a counselor in person or via virtual visits? You and your eligible dependents can receive up to eight (8) counseling visits per issue, at no additional cost, per year.
Financial coaching from experts
Take control of your finances with extensive online tools and resources. You can also access up to 60 minutes of consultation (provided in 30-minute increments) with a credentialed financial coach for each financial issue.

Calm Health is your go-to app whenever you need to recenter and destress, and it’s included at no cost to you. Calm Health offers personalized content and programs focused on better sleep, less stress, and more mindfulness—all from your pocket, any time, anywhere.
